This side dish is grilled buffalo cauliflower. It is cooked in a foil package and has loads of Buffalo wing flavor thanks to the addition of ranch dressing mix and buffalo sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds cauliflower, broken into florets
- ¼ cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry ranch dressing mix
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- aluminum foil
Instructions
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.
- Mix cauliflower, Buffalo sauce, ranch mix, and oil in a large bowl until well combined.
- Fold an extra-long sheet of aluminum foil in half to make a double-layer sheet; place cauliflower mixture in the center. Pull two opposite edges of the foil over cauliflower, overlapping each other. Fold the remaining two edges in to create a packet. Don’t seal the packet too tightly; leave some room for the steam to expand.
- Place on the grate of the preheated grill and cook until cauliflower is tender, about 15 minutes.

Loved, loved this!! I used a shallow foil pan instead of making one and loosely covered for the first 10 min of grilling and then peaked up the corners of the cover the last 5-6 min. Delish! I used one small to medium head of cauliflower and also added some diced onion that I already had cut up for another recipe i was making. Yum! A few bites in, my husband (who also loved as is) suggested the thought to add some blue cheese crumbles next time the last minute or two of cooking! Buffalo Blue Cheese Grilled Cauliflower? Yes! Either way; this was a great, quick and easy side dish great to pair with burgers, brats or even chicken! I could also see this served as a fun appetizer (grilled cauliflower bites) served with some ranch or blue cheese dressing. Thank you for sharing this! Will absolutely make again and again!
I did not have Buffalo sauce, but it was still delicious! I love any kind of Ranch dressing flavor!!
