Ingredients
- 1 (13.5 ounce) can light coconut milk
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage (such as Silk®)
- ¼ cup erythritol confectioners’ sweetener (such as Swerve®)
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free coconut-flavored syrup (such as Torani®)
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
Instructions
- Combine coconut milk, coconut milk beverage, sweetener, coconut syrup, and coconut extract in a large Mason jar with a lid. Shake to combine ingredients.
- For a sweeter version, add more erythritol confectioners’ sweetener, 1 tablespoon at a time.
