This is an excellent summer beverage! On a hot day, lavender relaxes and refreshes, and the aroma conjures up happy summertime memories. I’m having trouble producing enough for my family.

I was so disappointed with this. I followed the directions but used a very small quantity of garlic powder. It’s so boring and the small amount of onion powder is overwhelming. I thought that it would have a stronger pineapple taste.
I followed the directions, and found it was delicious.
I cannot rate this recipe as listed because I have made this for 30 years with only cream cheese and crushed pineapple. I use 2 pkg and a 20 oz can with a little of the juice mixed in to cream it up and make it easier to scoop. I don’t need to add anything else to it as it is soooo good the way it is. Best with wavy potato chips. No one can stop ! BTW: to submit this comment I HAD to rate it. Don’t think I’d like the garlic.
I mixed in a couple shakes of red pepper flakes for a little” zing, and added crushed macadamia nuts on top.
Very interesting flavors! I had fresh pineapple which I crushed with a potato masher. I also didn’t have onion powder, so I minced a little red onion for some color. Served with crackers although I’m sure it’s even better with French bread slices. Next time I will choose smaller garlic cloves. Nice find! Thanks!
I would of given it 5 stars, but the garlic was over powering, next time i will omit it.
This dip is delicious and can’t be any easier to make. I followed the recipe and the sugestions to make it the night before. Served it with bagel chips and it was hit.
I add jalapeño because we like it spicy- best go to recipe!
Can I give this, like, ten stars?? I was skeptical, but I had a little cream cheese left over to use up, and pineapple for another recipe I’m getting ready to make. I made this, put it on some thin toast, and it is truly one of The Very Best Things I have ever put in my mouth. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
A change from the typical. Very nice.
One of my favorite go-to recipes for dips. The garlic and onion powder smell a little over-powering at first, but once the dip has been chilled, the flavor is perfectly balanced.
If you want to take it up a knotch, add crumbled feta or bleu cheese for even more flavor. Delish! Chris in Mesa,Az.
This was not a good dip…no one liked it..Way to garlicky which I’m sure can be adjusted but the flavors did not go over well
Sorry! I followed the directions exactly and no one could eat it. The kids said it tasted like tuna pineapple. The garlic was strong
So good! I think that I would REALLY enjoy it with a little less garlic. But other than that…. YUM!
I add chopped green pepper in mine as well it’s always requested from family members at get togethers
Saw the reviews and thought I would try. No onion power, no garlic for us. Too much of an effect on something so good. Will try small amount of green onion and 1 Tablespoon of pineapple jam. Also a dash of lemon juice to cut the sweet taste. Family and friends like this much better.
This dip tasted great, I served with ritz crackers, ham, olives, and a variety of cheese cubes for a get together and everyone enjoyed it. The only issue I had was mine came out a little too thin. I did drain the pineapple, but I will make double sure to drain extra good and barely add back any of the juice if at all. Will definitely make again to go with cheese platter.
I have made this before, however during holidays I add chopped pecans, green onions, and shredded sharp cheddar. To dress I crush toasted pecans and make the cheese into a ball and roll over the toasted nuts. Always a hit!
Good not great. Made recipe exactly as stated.
I just finished putting this recipe together and even before I had a chance to refrigerate the dip, my husband and daughter had each had at least 3 crackers! Like someone suggested, I put the ingredients in the food processor. I like a little more texture so next time I would process the cream cheese, garlic, and onion powder with only 1 cup of drained, crushed pineapple and then stir in the remaining cup after. I kept all ingredients and amounts as listed in recipe and love it. I will be serving this tonight for our Girlz Night Out group with bagel chips and also toasted baguette rounds with a small piece of deli ham. I think it will be a hit!
