Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped fresh pineapple
- 1 (7 ounce) can sweetened condensed coconut milk
- 7 fluid ounces white rum
- 2 cups ice
Instructions
- Combine pineapple, coconut milk, rum, and ice in a blender and puree until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
- You can use frozen pineapple instead of fresh.

Easy is an understatement. I froze my pineapple after chopping. That way you use less ice and I used coconut rum, super good.
