Very easy and delicious. Used frozen banana and some frozen blueberries so I only needed 1 ice cube. Threw in some protein powder to up the protein count.

Delicious and easy smoothie. I used frozen berries, which negated the need for ice, and plain yogurt, as that’s what I prefer. Adjust the amount of honey to suit your own tastes, and it’s wonderful! The seeds from the berries are a complete non-issue—as I enjoy eating both raspberries and blackberries; so the seeds don’t bother me in the least. Great smoothie! Thanks for the recipe!

It was lovely. We came across some problems, such as not knowing where the power source for our blender was, and our immersive blender not working and smoking, but it was still delicious when we were finished.

I used a pot of vanilla soy yoghurt, 1 tsp of agave, 5 ice cubes, 1/4 cup each blackberries and raspberries and a normal sized banana. It made two glasses and came out a lovely dark pink.

I only had frozen fruit on hand so I used some frozen raspberries blackberries and blueberries instead. It was a bit too dry to mix properly so I added some milk and it tasted great!
Olivia Sanders
Very good smoothie. I actually didn’t have any issues with seeds.

I love the fact it’s all natural.

I just made this and absolutely loved it! I used vanilla yogurt, and doubled the recipe, but still had to add more ice than it called for. It turns out a bit thin, but the taste is amazing!
James Simpson
Very good. I always replace the yogurt with almond milk for extra calcium and it was delicious.
Martin Cook
Instead of blackberries, I added blueberries. This was delicious.

Pretty good. I didn’t use the banana though.

Also added in some strawberries making it a triple berry smoothie, it was refreshing and perfect sweetness.
