I combined two separate casserole recipes I already had to create this recipe. This tuna and rice casserole is typically served as the main course with a side salad.

I had to make this recipe twice this week!! My BF had some left overs and asked me to make some for his lunch box!!! of course I did!!! Added balsamic vinegar delish
guud
I made this with my garden cherry tomatoes, cutting them in half to make for an easier mouthful. I added balsamic vinegar as suggested by others and the result was awesome.
This was a delicious and easy recipe. Ingredients are in the amount it is packaged for sale, which I love! I did add balsamic vinaigrette and probably doubled the olive oil. Initially I followed the recipe, then refrigerated for 1 1/2 hours & tasted. I ended up adding a little more of all seasonings & torn Basil. Everyone thought it was delicious.
Loved it! Quick and easy…added 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar, too.
Easy to make and extremely tasty!
Delicious!!!
Easy and delicious! I also added a splash of the balsamic vinegar and it was perfect. Will make again.
Excellent ~ So easy to make
I tried to post a review yesterday with my photo but only the photo went up. So here we go a second time. This is a delicious classic recipe that doesn’t need any changes , but using what I had from my garden I did make a couple. I used yellow sunburst cherry tomatoes and a blend of red/green Italian basil with a good fresh mozzarella. Right before serving I added a drizzle of good balsamic vinegar over each serving. Great as a salad side to a nice steak or chicken, and for a wholesome lunch the next day. It holds up well if you just use the oil.
Found a herb and oil marinated mozzarella that really worked well
Real simple and quick. I would recommend cutting tomatoes in halves. Using fresh basil is the best.
So good and so easy. Beautiful presentation for your table.
I love this recipe! The only addition I would make would be balsamic vinegar.
I made this exactly as the recipe called for. I love it and make it weekly. The mozzarella cheese gives it just the right zip.
So perfect the way it is. Delicioys! Careful, you dont wanna overdo the olive oil!
We loved this. I did add a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.
Classic, can’t go wrong here. We made ours to look like Easter eggs in baskets. 🙂
I love all things Caprese! This is plain, simple and delicious! I usually arrange the items on a plate, but it was great in a bowl! Added a few drops of balsamic vinegar, but I think it’s fresher and better without it sometimes. Thanks Summer Rose!

Followed the recipe and added fresh avocado chunks. yum! My kids and hubby liked it. 🙂 Now that I think about it, some black olives would have been good too.
