This salad was yummy delicious and interesting mix of sweet and savory. We subbed kalamata olives for the red onion, which I highly recommend!

This did the trick for watermelon feta salad. There are a lot to choose from. Did not have arugula so I just used Romain. Added a little fresh mint. Rinsed the onions, but not sure if that was necessary. I just didn’t want over powering onion flavor.

love it!

Lots of summer flavor. Don’t mix together until you are ready to eat. It doesn’t last long, so don’t make extras. (It gets very watery.)

Love a savory watermelon salad!

Really good. I did not have white balsamic vinegar so I used white wine vinegar and a pinch of sugar as a substitute. I would make this again.

I used only half the onion and that was plenty. Husband and daughter loved it. Dressing is just the right amount, not too much like in many salad recipes.

This was a good lunch campaign. I used Italian Salad Dressing, and I added some pineapple chunks and Honey Roasted Almonds with Cranberries.

Delicious & easy to make, especially if you prep in advance. I tossed in 2 ears of roasted corn cut off the cob & put some cut red onion to the side for those in my household who prefer it.

My family love coming it! I will make it again!

loved it but I used spinach only, not an arugula fan

This salad was very tasty! The only thing I would change is to add less feta cheese and more tomatoes.

Really delicious combination of flavors. Of course I love every ingredient in it. Made as is except added extra feta but used low fat feta.

Perfect sweet and savory salad. The arugala provides the perfect hint of pepper. I only had the red basalmic but doubt it made a huge difference. I also added toasted pecans that added another level of crunch. Delish!
