VERY STRONG DRINK – Tastes a lot better to me than Long Island Iced Tea, and you can’t even taste the alcohol in it. Orange juice quantity can be changed to suit taste. Recall: Never drive after drinking. Although it’s really strong, you can’t taste the alcohol; instead, it has a fruity flavor.

The one thing I would change is to use more flower.
The recipe was a good guideline to give a basic start. I used a few zipper spices than what’s listed. I also added a little milk to the egg wash. In addition then I added a mango habanero sauce. I boiled the gizzards in chicken broth, I don’t think that improvement anything. The next time I won’t boil the gizzards, I’ll just simmer them. I like it, thanks.
This recipe… 2 lbs. plump gizzard’s… Cold 12 pack… Life is good…
Easy an good
I’ve really missed getting fried gizzards at the Pike Place Market. Wanted to try fixing some at home. This recipe is so simple and the gizzards come out tender and flavorful. Even my 85 year old father was impressed and enjoyed them.
Easy and very good!
