This Italian cream cake was created by my aunt. In our family, it is both renowned and despised. It’s simply too good to resist!

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup whole-milk ricotta cheese
  2. ΒΌ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine ricotta cheese and sea salt in the bowl of a mini food processor and process until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.
