Loved it! I usually think banana bread is bland and has no flavor. But this recipe is moist, banana-y and easy to make. Love that it can be mixed by hand. I did bake need to bake it 65-70 minutes before it set, but that did not affect the taste.

This is my favorite recipe! So easy and fun to make with my kids. I put it in a muffin tin instead as it bakes a lot faster (about 15 minutes).

I just made this recipe. It’s as easy as presented to make. The only thing I did different was substitute one cup of sugar substitute (Splenda) for the sugar. This bread is delicious! Moist and comforting and relatively healthful. Thank you!

Followed directions exactly, but added chocolate chips and it came out P E R F E C T! Loved it, will be making again this weekend. The person who commented not to overmix the batter was right; don’t over mix!

This recipe was absolutely delicious!!! My son wanted banana bread and I didn’t have any brown sugar but thankfully only white sugar is needed. The bread was so moist and delicious!b I also added an extra banana and chocolate chips and split the batter into two pans.

I followed it almost with the exception of using more bananas and brown sugar, but it still came fantastic and more importantly, absolutely delicious. Will certainly use it in the future

Perfect banana bread. I did leave out the salt, I have to watch my salt intake but added about a hand 1/2 cup + of walnuts. It was excellent. I will be making this again.

Loved this recipe ❤️ Our Family couldn’t get enough of it!!! Changes I made: RE: GLUTEN FREE WHEAT ALLERGIES We are celiac & gluten intolerant, so made it with commercially prepared all purpose GLUTEN FREE FLOUR BLEND, that can be substituted 1 for 1, so no calculating. Eg: so for 1 1/2 c wheat flour, just use 1 1/2 c GLUTEN FREE FLOUR BLEND. – used organic olive oil versus melted butter – reduced sugar to 3/4 c using white & dark brown sugar mixed – reduced salt to 1/2 tsp – added 1tsp vanilla Turned out PERFECTLY ❤️
