Delicious.

I really love the taste of summertime corn. This recipe is spot on. EXCEPT, I add a little bit of smoked paprika right after I peel the foil back. It really adds a great flavor to the ear. Oh and if you like it a bit sweeter, I like to add a drizzle of maple syrup. PERFECT.

It was delicious even though I did burn some of it. I would turn it more often and not grill it with the meat.

Great! I made it in the oven on a rainy evening. Very tender!

Really easy and very good! Thanks!

I did it exactly as the recipe and the corn stayed really hot till time to eat it in the husk and foil. No burning like in just foil sometimes. It’s our new favorite way to cook it!

Made this for 4th of July bbq with my family and we all loved it!

So I made it as recommended and I honestly have no idea why anyone would go through the hassle of soaking the husks. The reviews that say to do that should be removed because I don’t get how you can change the entire recipe directions and rate this lol Anyway! The corn was delicious. Got a little burnt on one end because my fiance didn’t turn them enough – I’d recommend every 5 minutes like someone else suggested.

Just to peppery. I need to be more conservative next time:)

This was absolutely delicious!! I will definitely try this again and maybe add some other spices besides salt and pepper.

Only thing I would change is I only cooked them for 30 min I think 45 would have been better. First time I ever cooked corn on the grill…. now my preference Outstanding.

I liked this recipe! I put a little extra seasoning. The corn took about 20 more minutes than expected, but we were using a charcoal grill

It’s good but you need to add a little Cayenne pepper to it that makes it really good.

Do you even know how many times I tried to pronounce your name. Anyways, good stuff and easy to replicate recipe. Thanks for the share!

Ok, I took the super lazy method. First, I did not soak the corn in water first. Second, I did not peal back the husks or remove the silk. Here is my only big change: I took some heavy duty kitchen scissors and cut the stalk end to just about the cob. This released the largest husk pieces to discard. Then I threw them on a 300 degree grill for about 25 or 30 minutes (turning every 5 minutes or so). Man, it turned out amazing! Just added a little butter, salt and pepper and had the best corn on the cob ever! I only gave 4 stars to the original recipe. This change would make it a 5.

Simple but great recipe. Take off the outer husks leaving the thin tender inner ones.

Num- I followed the recipe, put foil shiny side in based on a previous review. Super nummy-tender, and very good corn! This will be my go to…

I went ahead and tried it as was this recipe. I did remove the silk (no soaking in water), and wrapped in foil (I did follow one reviewers recommendation of doing the foil with the dull side facing out). It turned out really well! I will try this method again.
