My family loved it, and it was super easy! I did cut back the seasoning salt by half and added 2 cups of vegetable broth to make it more like a soup.
I made my own Lawry’s seasoning from a recipe on this site and it turned out really good!
A simple stew that is easy to make with pantry staples and will warm you up on a cold day. 1 tablespoons of seasoning salt would have been too much for our tastes, so I recommend you start off with less and add to taste. This would benefit from added herbs or spices, such as Italian seasoning, for a bit more flavor. If you like things a little thinner, more like a soup, you could add in 2 soup-cans full of broth to the mix.
