Vegan Raspberry-Mint Milkshake

This vegan mint-raspberry milkshake is incredibly tasty and refreshing, and it will appeal to everyone. If desired, add more raspberries and mint to the top.

Ingredients

  1. 1 pint fresh raspberries
  2. 2 pinches fresh mint
  3. 1 cup vanilla-flavored sweetened almond milk
  4. 1 cup dairy-free vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Combine raspberries, almond milk, ice cream, and mint in a blender. Blend until smooth and you no longer see large pieces of berries or mint, scraping down the sides of the blender during the process as needed.
  2. Serve in 2 medium glasses.
  3. You can use 2 cups frozen raspberries instead of fresh, if desired.
  4. If you use unsweetened almond milk, you may need to add some sweetener, depending on the tartness of your berries.
  5. I prefer almond milk-based ice cream, but coconut or anything else would work also.
