Ingredients
- 1 head fresh broccoli, cut into florets
- ¼ cup olive oil
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine broccoli, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a resealable bag. Set aside to allow the broccoli to soak up the oil, about 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Place broccoli in the air fryer basket and cook until desired crispiness, 10 to 15 minutes, shaking air fryer basket halfway through cook time.

Cooked at 350 for 9 minutes, best broccoli I’ve ever had, super easy!
A simple recipe, but it definitely needs some tweaks. My air fryer doesn’t go to 375F, only 360F or 390F, so I went with the lower temp of 360F. Even so, my broccoli was starting to burn after 6 minutes. I took it out and it was perfectly tender. Next time I might do 5 minutes. I can’t imagine going the full 10-15 minutes called for. The broccoli gets a nice roasted flavor, and it’s easily customizable with different seasonings.
