Rainier Cherry Berry Smoothie

  5.0 – 1 reviews  • Strawberry

The best smoothie I’ve ever made is this one! The flavor of the Rainier cherries is a cross between a peach and a cherry. They are large, juicy, and delicious.

Prep Time: 10 mins
Total Time: 10 mins
Servings: 2
Yield: 2 smoothies

Ingredients

  1. 1 banana
  2. ¾ cup blueberries
  3. ½ cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
  4. 6 large fresh strawberries, halved
  5. 12 Rainier cherries, pitted and halved
  6. ¼ cup fat-free milk

Instructions

  1. Combine banana, blueberries, vanilla yogurt, strawberries, cherries, and milk in a blender; blend until smooth, about 60 seconds.
  2. Substitute 1 1/2 cup ice cubes for the banana if you want a thick smoothie with fewer calories. Blend for 90 seconds.
