Ingredients

  1. ½ cup ice, or as needed
  2. 1 cup fresh spinach
  3. ½ cup water, or as needed
  4. ½ medium apple – peeled, cored, and cut into chunks
  5. ½ medium banana
  6. ½ medium lemon, juiced

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Blend spinach and water until smooth. Add apple, banana, and lemon juice; blend to desired consistency. Pour over ice.
