Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 1 ½ cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese and sugar in a bowl until well combined; fold in whipped topping, pecans, and pineapple.
- Smooth pineapple mixture into pie crust; chill until mixture has solidified, at least 2 hours.
- Feel free to substitute the pineapple with other fruits like strawberries (soaked in sugar water, but not cooked), smashed blueberries, etc.
