Ingredients

  1. 4 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
  2. 1 (26 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  3. 1 (15 ounce) can green enchilada sauce
  4. 15 ounces milk
  5. 1 (7 ounce) can diced green chiles
  6. 6 (6 inch) corn tortillas, quartered
  7. ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  8. 1 (16 ounce) container light sour cream

Instructions

  1. Mix chicken, condensed soup, enchilada sauce, milk, chiles, tortillas, and garlic powder together in a large pot; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove soup from the heat and stir in sour cream until well blended.

Good recipe. I did add some cilantro. Instead of using tortillas, I broke Tortilla chips up like crackers just before eating. Yummy!!
