I will admit, I saw the ingredients and wondered how the dip would taste. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by this dip. It’s a little tangy and smokey and the perfect alternative to ranch dips. If anyone may think the curry flavor would be overpowering and it’s not at all. The ingredients blend really well together to give you a crowd pleasing dip. Thank you for a fantastic recipe!
