Ingredients

  1. 6 whole cloves
  2. ½ teaspoon cardamom seeds
  3. 4 cups apple juice
  4. 2 cups orange juice
  5. 2 cups cranberry juice
  6. 1 cinnamon stick

Instructions

  1. Place cloves and cardamom seeds in a tea bag or coffee filter and tie the filter closed.
  2. Combine apple juice, orange juice, cranberry juice, cinnamon stick, and clove-cardamom pouch in a large pot; simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.

This is good. We liked the tang from the orange and cranberry juices. I used apple cider instead of juice. Also, for our tastes, I doubled all the spices and put them directly in the pan and not in a filter. It was very nice to sip on this cold evening, and I’ll make it again.
