Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ tablespoon minced chives
- ½ tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon salt, or to taste
Instructions
- Place butter, onions, garlic, chives, parsley, black pepper, and salt in a bowl and mix to combine.
- To use, place a small scoop of compound butter on cooked steak.
