This vegan oatmeal smoothie is thick, creamy, and deep pink in color. It is highly filling and ideal for morning rush-hour commuters. A satisfying meal doesn’t have to be sacrificed when it can be prepared so quickly! I drink soy milk with added vitamins.

It was very good, many people complain that it was grainy or they could taste the oatmeal but I couldn’t. The first tip I will give to those people is let the blender cycle for at least a minute, on mine I just press the smoothie button, and let it cycle for at least a minute, maybe more if you do not have a quality blender, I have a blendtec blender I use fresh strawberries over frozen not as cold as it would be if it had frozen but that doesn’t bother me so much. Highly recommend this recipe to anyone.
It was good, I doubled it because it says it only makes 2 servings. We ended up with 10 servings. I swapped whole milk for soy milk and it needed 6 tablespoons of sugar. I tried 2 cups of cherry berry mix instead of strawberries, Great flavors!
I used almond milk instead and no suger.i also added plain yogurt .I feel it didn’t need any sugar.o ya I also added chia seeds
I added mixed berries and pineapple to the recipe. No sugar or vanilla. It’s sweet enough. Great recipe! Filling too!
Loved it! Added teaspoon of vanilla extract instead of 1/2 and also 2 tablespoons of sugar, made it so much more rich!
It was pretty good! The only thing I can dock this recipe on is possibly the addition of the oats. It does add a slightly grainier texture to the smoothie, but I don’t mind this personally. Some might, hence why I gave it 4 stars and not 5.
I love oatmeal , bananas and strawberries ! Delicious ! I use Oatmilk though , I can’t drink the soy milk at all , I use the unsweetened version of the oatmilk and it makes any smoothie taste great !
I added protein powder, chia seeds, skipped on the white sugar and still delicious.
Delicious! I took other reviewers’ advice and blended up the oats first. I added white beans for protein. It was really smooth and tasted like a milkshake!
This is probably the best strawberry oatmeal smoothie I’ve had in a long time! I don’t have a powerful blender, but 1/2 a cup of oatmeal turned out to be just fine (if you blend the milk and oatmeal first, you shouldn’t have a problem with graininess –or just blend the oatmeal into a powder before you add the other stuff). I tossed in a handful of spinach and used vanilla protein powder instead of vanilla and sugar, since it was a post-workout smoothie, and it tasted amazing.
Awesome, but skip vanilla extract.
I loved it, it was very easy to make!
Tasty!
Great taste. I used old fashioned oats and blended them down first then added other ingredients. Will add to recipe box. Thanks.
Drop the oats and its perfect
Very tasty and easy to make.
This was fantastic. I also ground the oats to powder first and I love the texture and flavour. I only used 1/4 cup oats ground and that’s perfect for me. I also used coconut milk and then agave instead of sugar. I omitted the banana because I hate bananas. I also added a couple ice cubes. It was absolutely delicious, but I ruined it with protein powder. Starting to realize i just hate that stuff.
I absolutely loved this recipe!! As a fan of oatmeal, this smoothie is now my all time favourite!! Thanks 4 sharing this recipe!!
I used almond milk instead—it was delicious!
This is very good!!! I made 3 of them. My fiance & 10 year old daughter love it, my 4 year old son said it was really good but he didn’t want his own this morning, he just wanted some pieces of the bananas & strawberries but he did say next time he will have the smoothie!! I am definitely going to make it again! I did use vanilla soymilk instead of original & I had to add a little more to thin it out a little bit because the oats made it very thick. I also cut up a little bit of banana & strawberries & placed them on top of some whip cream!!! Next time I plan on using some Chobani Vanilla Oatmilk because that is one of my favorites & I think it will be very good to!!! I definitely recommend this to whoever hasn’t tried it because it really is amazing!
It was kinda bland on its own so I added cocoa nibs (blend with other ingredients in recipe) and then it was perfect and flavorful. I needed that cocoa flavor in it.
