My mother gave me her favorite meatloaf recipe, which I have since “updated.” Outstanding with green peas and mashed potatoes! Ketchup, please! ENJOY! P.S. – You should eyeball this recipe just like I do!

  6. Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, 8 to 10 minutes. Cool.
  7. Prepare the filling: Beat cream cheese with remaining 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Spread evenly over the top of the cooled crust.

  10. Arrange blueberries, strawberries, and banana on top of the filling, and chill.

  12. You will need 1 to 2 cups of fruit to cover the pie. More if the fruit is smaller like blueberries or raspberries, or less if the fruit is larger like kiwi, mango, peaches, or pineapple. Cut larger fruit, like the strawberries or bananas mentioned, into slices. Customize the fruits however you would like and create any pattern you can imagine.

So yummy! I was happy to find a recipe for fruit pizza with a homemade crust. I put almond extract in the crust and the filling as some others suggested. Delicious! The only other change I did, was to use a little less sugar in both the crust and filling. It is so good (even using white sugar as written). My complaint is that it doesn’t say what size pizza pan to use (I have a few). I brushed on melted homemade violet jelly over the fruit to prevent browning.

Made awhile ago. Sorry no picture. Used creasantrolls instead of cookie dough as base. Added whip-topping and marshmallow fluff to cream cheese. Also used cherry and blueberry pie filing instead of fresh fruit. Delicious!

Everyone loves this dessert. I used the 8 oz Cool Whip as others had suggested, completely dried the fruit, and froze the crust with filling one hour before cutting, then added fruit after cutting. I used white granulated sugar and it turned out great. My only comment is that the time estimates on this recipe seem off. When you add in the time to make the crust, let it cool, make the filling, spreading the filling on the crust (which is NOT easy), cutting up and draining the fruit, I’d say even working as many steps as possible concurrently, this took a solid two to 2.5 hours.

I used this recipe to make the cookie crust without having to run to the store to get a tube of cookie dough. But I added the orange juice glaze from Fruit Pizza II and that was GREAT. My guys all said it was very good. I made a ’23’ with kiwi slices, for a birthday, and filled in the rest with strawberry quarters, raspberries and blueberries. They accused me of using it as a color blindness test, because nobody saw the 23 until I pointed it out, they all tried to figure what the red design was! LOL

Delicious! I’ve made this multiple times for friends, and it’s always a hit. It does get soggy after being out for a bit, so keep in the fridge until you’re ready to eat. I wait to put the frosting and fruit on until right before a party, as well. Also, it’s helpful to cut the pieces before putting fruit on top.

I have made this recipe so many times and it is a hit every single time. I usually have to make two because my kids will flip if they don’t get any and I made one to take somewhere. Absolutely delicious and easy. Works with any fruit and any variations. I have added lemon zest or orange zest to the cream cheese mix, I have added a touch of almond extract to the sugar cookie mix…and I make it exactly as it is written. Yummy every way you make it!

I doubled the recipe and made it into a flag for 4th of July. I made the recipe and it turned out great. I reduced the sugar in the crust by a quarter (not by half like I said in the previous review) and also used powdered sugar for the frosting instead of regular sugar and also reduced that amount by a quarter. It was a huge hit! All gone by the end of the night with requests by family to make it for their birthdays.

I always double both the cookie and the cream cheese frosting. My family loves this and requests it all the time! I love creating holiday themes with the fruit.

Delicious! I wish the crust had been crunchier. I baked it for 14 minutes until golden brown all over. I used 2 bananas, 2 small boxes of blueberries, and 1 lb. of strawberries.

Fast, easy and delicious! Have made many times and always double the dough portion to spread easily and evenly onto a 13×9 pan. Favorite fruit combinations include strawberries, bananas, blueberries and kiwi.

The only changes I made were homemade sugar cookie recipe and adding homemade whipped cream to the cream cheese topping to make it a bit fluffier and easier to spread.
