Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons honey
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Blend the banana, strawberries, yogurt, milk, honey, cinnamon and 1 cup ice in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass.

Delicious smoothie to start our day! I like that I’ll be able to use the banana/yogurt base and switch out the berries as they are in season.
Its not that good compared to other recipes and the yogurt is rlly strong even if extra honey or stevia/sugar is added
No, this is the worst recipe I’ve ever read. You should delete this immediately, if not, I will NOT be afraid to contact authorities and press charges for emotional and physical abuse. This article made me want to rip my hair out, strand by strand, and feed it to my dogs.
