Ingredients

  1. 1 banana
  2. 1 cup strawberries
  3. 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  4. 1/2 cup milk
  5. 2 teaspoons honey
  6. Pinch of ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Blend the banana, strawberries, yogurt, milk, honey, cinnamon and 1 cup ice in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass.

No, this is the worst recipe I’ve ever read. You should delete this immediately, if not, I will NOT be afraid to contact authorities and press charges for emotional and physical abuse. This article made me want to rip my hair out, strand by strand, and feed it to my dogs.
