Delicious! Just used the patty ingredients. My husband’s had Havarti Cheese, ketchup, mustard, lettuce and tomato and he can’t stop talking about how good it was. Mine had avocado, lettuce and tomato and it was great! I did forget the grated onions. Might try that next time but definitely not necessary. Thank you Katie!

We have these burgers at least once if not twice a month. My somewhat picky husband loves these. They’re easy to put together. We serve with some Spanish rice either directly on top of the burgers or as a side.

Full disclosure, I’ve never had a turkey burger that I liked.

This burger is the exception. This burger will replace our beef burger on our weekly rotation.

What I like: the flavor of the patty is phenomenal. The blend of seasonings makes it. Then the fresh addition of pico and guac take it over the top.

I did somehow find 85/15 ground turkey at my butcher shop so that made sure the burger was juicy but still at 165 degrees for food safety.

Definitely recommend

This will be on the rotation. With homegrown tomatoes for our pico de gallo and canned pickled jalapeño, this was an amazing dinner!
