Delicious. I used siracha instead of tabasco and think it add a great flavor. Plussed reduced the salt by 1/2 a teaspoon and only used the juice of the 2 limes I’d zested. They were large limes though so it was around 2 ounces.
So good! I did read the reviews and made a few changes. I didn’t use as much salt, not as much lime juice & I added a little lemon juice. It was very delicious!
Don’t listen to the other reviews. The recipe is perfect as is. You’re family will love it.
Really loved this but after reading the reviews, I cut back on the lime juice (used 2) and zest of 1 lime. Also, cut back salt and added a pinch of sugar for balance. Delicious over grilled tuna steaks.
I love this recipe. I have made this many times to rave reviews. Ina, I know you have an aversion to cilantro, but I kicked it up a notch by adding it and toasted sesame seeds. Delightful every time. Thank you for another great recipe.
Delicious
Way too much lime juice and salt. The dressing is very unbalanced to the point where this is nearly inedible! I even added a little bit of mirin to add a touch of sweetness but it didn’t help. Skip this one.
What a great spin on traditional tuna salad drowning in mayonnaise.
The dressing is great and will be my house Asian salad dressing.
I added additional veggies to crisp up the salad…carrots, celery, and a very little bit of shaved cabbage.
Served on top of room temp rice and finished with chopped cilantro.
Company worthy recipe.

This is an amazing tuna salad recipe! I’ve made it several times and will continue to make it
Thanks Ina.
