Reviews
We love this recipe! I make it in a 10” cast iron pan, I do not grease the pan and I bake it for 25 minutes. Always comes out perfect and I usually serve it with homemade vanilla ice cream.
In the Food Network App, it says 5 servings, but in the book Skillet Brownies, page 188, ina garten make it ahead a barefoot contessa cookbook says 4 servings, but the ingredients are the same amount, I made 4 servings, the first time I did as the recipe said, and it came out too sweet, this second time I used Ghirardelli 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Chips, it came out PERFECT, DELICIOUS.
These are chocolaty, soft and really good!!! I’ve made it a couple times, it turned out great each time. The chocolate chips inside made it extra rich. Although it has a small amount of flour it really doesn’t need more. I also put all the batter in one 10 in. cast iron skillet and it fit perfect.
I absolutely love this recipe! I’m soooo addicted!
