Easy and great potato alternative.
What a great mashed potato alternative – these are wonderful -will make them again
Absolutely delicious and super easy!!!
Quite good. Little too buttery, and it tasted better after a bit under the broiler (Post mashing). Over all, would definitely cook again, and soon.
Simple and tasty. Next time I would probably only use 4-5 Tbsp of butter. Ours had a strong butter flavor to it and our squash was large.
Easy. Delious. The kids aren’t intimidated by a 1/2 squash, alot of food.
This recipe is great for anyone who is looking for a squash recipe that is fairly quick and if you are not familiar with how to go about preparing and cooking it this recipe will make it so easy for you to do.
It’s also delicious.
It’s also delicious.
This recipe is very easy. I had to add more water than was recommended in the recipe because my pan was nearly void of water after about 40 minutes. Other than that, it was wonderful.
The kids loved it and one is a very picky eater!
