Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups frozen waffle fries (from a 20-ounce bag)
- 1/2 cup prepared chili, no beans
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 6 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/4 cup guacamole
- Pickled jalapeños, optional
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
Instructions
- Bake the waffles fries to golden brown according to the package instructions.
- Meanwhile, heat the chili in a medium saucepot over medium-low heat.
- Place the fries on a serving platter or in a large shallow bowl. Top with the chili, cheese, salsa, tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole. Garnish with the pickled jalapeños, if using, and the cilantro leaves. Serve warm.
