Many people think of wine spritzers as diluted wine, but modern versions are much more flavorful, like this one made with muddled raspberries, nonalcoholic wine and orange soda.

Ingredients

  1. 3 raspberries, plus more for garnish
  2. 1 teaspoon sugar
  3. 2 ounces nonalcoholic red wine
  4. 2 ounces Italian orange soda
  5. Orange slice, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the raspberries, 2 teaspoons water and the sugar in a large wine glass. Gently muddle the raspberries and stir until the sugar is mostly dissolved.
  2. Add the wine and orange soda; stir briefly. Fill the glass with ice. Garnish with an orange slice and more raspberries.
