Cilantro adds a nice note of freshness. If you don’t like cilantro, you can use dill or parsley instead. This is super easy, but you can even prep the salmon ahead, coating it with the mix, and just pop it in the oven when ready to eat.

Ok, if you like the taste of mayo. Sauce over powers the taste of the salmon.
I omitted the cilantro because I hate it, but loved it otherwise. It’s become a weeknight staple for us!
Made this last night, it was so easy and the sauce was amazing. We’ll definitely be making this again!
This is one of the best salmon recipes I’ve made and have made this multiple times. It has such a great flavor and the maple syrup really makes the dish stand out. The only thing is that i used spicy brown mustard instead of dijon which I believe gives a better flavor for the sauce.
Just made this last night. The family loved it. I used parsley instead of cilantro since one member of the family doesn’t like it. I didn’t notice a much maple flavor, tho. It still was very good.
It works! Wasn’t sure, but the maple melds really well with Dijon. Worth a try. I used chives as I didn’t have cilantro. Was really good
This is a really good recipe for salmon. I wasn’t quite sure how the maple syrup would work; however, it’s the perfect balance to the Dijon. I veered from the recipe slightly in that I first smeared the mixture on the salmon to cook, saving some to apply later. My husband tends to lie things with a bit more sauce. It was perfect and others used the sauce to dip their vegetables into. I will make this recipe again.
So good… My wife loved it so much she took the rest for lunch!!!
Amazing!!
I don’t like salmon but my husband does and I decided to make it for him. This was AMAZING! I will definitely make this again. Absolutely loved it! Again, I don’t like salmon! This changed my mind.
