My Grandkids want to make this everytime they visit me now. So when I know they are coming over, I have all the supplies ready. It is so much fun and gives us a special time with each other. My Grand daughter had to make cookies for the school and so we just made “mini” pizzas. This year we have to do it again and the teacher asked us to make a double batch, they were such a hit with the kids.

This isn’t some gourmet recipe with distinct flavors. It’s about being with your kids in the kitchen. And for that…it is 5 stars in my book. The kids loved it. For ease, I rolled out my dough on parchment paper which made it easy to transfer and move. You do have to cook it until it’s well done in order for the middle to be done, but who cares! It was a fun time w/ my kids and I’m sure we’ll make it again.

This cookie pizza is really easy and looks just like a real pizza. It isn’t the most delicious thing ever but it’s good and everyone wants to eat it because its so cute!

this was so fun to make and the kids helped and had fun decorating. we have tried this receipe and made individuals for each family member, that way everyone gets their own personal pizza.

Seemed like a good idea, but if I could give this no stars, I would. For me, the recipe yielded a cookie that was overly crispy around the edges and grossly undercooked in the center. The mega cookie was difficult to transfer to a cooking sheet. So if you dare to attempt this, roll it out on the actual baking sheet and use A LOT of flour.

This was very good but very sweet. I used an apple corer sprayed with cooking spray to make the pepperoni shaped fruit rollups.
