Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  2. 2 ounces chocolate-flavored vodka
  3. 4 ounces chilled Champagne (not brut)

Instructions

  1. Place the graham cracker crumbs in a small dish. Dip the rim of a champagne glass in water, then dip in the graham cracker crumbs.
  2. Pour the vodka into the glass and top off with the Champagne.

Yum!! This is like dessert in a drink. It isn’t too sweet and the graham cracker crumbs on the rim are a nice twist. Very refreshing as well!
