I made these tonight with my hamburgers for dinner. I did not use as much as the recipe calls for as I don’t like a lot of salt, nobody knew that there was nutmeg on them, they were delicious… will make again.
My husband surprise my with supper one night. When he told me there was nutmeg in these – I thought “yuke”. Oh my gosh – I was wrong. These were wonderful. I only got to eat 2 fries though because our 3 children thought they were good too. We are not big salt eaters; next time will cut it back a little but this is a keeper.
what a way to have fries without the frying!!! I love these guys
