As much as the Symons like deviled eggs and pork, they also have an affinity for Scotch, although they all drink it with a single ice cube. I’m more of a bourbon guy, so the amaretto really makes this one an easy sipper. Marlon Brando was onto something!

Ingredients
- 6 ounces Scotch
- 3 ounces amaretto
- 3 big ice cubes
Instructions
- To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the Scotch and amaretto. Stir until chilled, then strain into 3 rocks glasses containing 1 big ice cube each. Sip and enjoy.

I made this scrumptious drink for my friend and my oldest son (don’t worry-he is in his 50’s) yesterday. It was soooooo good. However we all three decided that it could definitely become addictive. Although we all like our cocktails, we try not to drink too much and we all felt that this drink would tempt us to do just that. We all agreed to save it for the holidays or special occasions.
