Ingredients

  1. 2 ounces Matacuy or Peruvian pisco
  2. 0.75 ounce (1 1/2 tablespoons) lemon juice
  3. 0.75 ounce (1 1/2 tablespoons) simple syrup
  4. 1 egg white
  5. 4 ice cubes
  6. Fennel flower and crushed black tea, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the Matacuy or Peruvian pisco, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white in a cocktail shaker and vigorously shake for 10 seconds, then add the ice cubes and shake for another 10 seconds. Strain into a pre-chilled glass and garnish with fennel flower and crushed black tea.
