I know everyone likes s’mores, but I am a s’mores freak. When it’s not possible to use a fire outside, I “roast” marshmallows on a fork over my kitchen burner, which is not ideal. Air fryers change the game: they cook the outside to golden brown perfection and the inside to the perfect gooeyness.
Level: | Easy |
Total: | 5 min |
Active: | 5 min |
Yield: | 1 serving |
Ingredients
- 1 regular marshmallow
- 1 sheet honey graham cracker, halved crosswise into 2 squares
- One 0.375-ounce square milk chocolate, such as Hershey’s (see Cook’s Note)
Instructions
- Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F.
- Place the marshmallow inside and set the timer for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, place the graham cracker squares hole-side down on a plate and top one with the chocolate. After the marshmallow has cooked for 2 minutes, open the air fryer and place both graham squares inside. Roll the marshmallow onto the plain graham square and cook 1 minute more.
- Transfer the graham squares to a plate with a spatula, then sandwich them and eat while the s’more is still warm and gooey.

Love this recipe. Thank you.
Perfect way to do s’mores. Alicia Leo describes the result perfectly
Amazing s’mores! Marshmallow got brown and toasted after the first 2 mins and then the graham crackers get warmed and the chocolate soft & melty in the last minute. Super easy and delicious!! My kids and I loved them!
