Ingredients

  1. 4 cups chopped fresh spinach
  2. 1 1/2 cups drained and chopped artichoke hearts
  3. 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  4. 8 ounces cream cheese
  5. 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  6. 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
  7. 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  8. 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  9. 1 teaspoon sea salt
  10. Bread or tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, pepper and sea salt by hand in a large bowl until well blended. Transfer to an 8-by-11-inch casserole dish, pressing the mixture into an even layer.
  3. Bake until the dip is starting to bubble and brown around the edges, about 15 minutes.
  4. Serve with bread or tortilla chips.
