Next time I will try a little less Bailey’s, it was very boozy. The texture however was beautiful, and in just 5 minutes!
This is the perfect recipe if you were expecting company and wanted to whip together a delicious dessert in no time. It’s very easy and who doesn’t like chocolate mousse? I would add just a smidgeon more confectioner’s sugar next time just as a personal preference.
What’s not to love about chocolate mousse, and the addition of Baileys takes this up a notch. Quick, easy and elegant enough to serve to dinner guests.
Smooth, Velvety and oh-so delectable! My husband said, “it tastes like a $14 fine dining dessert.” “And just as good and creamy the next day.” I didn’t change a single thing about this recipe. It was perfection and so easy to make. A recommendation would be to use a deeper mixing bowl as the powdered sugar and cocoa likes to fill the air.
Excellent. Top with whipped cream.
