Got just a smidgen of blackberry jam in the bottom of a jar? Don’t let it linger in the back of the fridge any longer. Instead, use it to make a delicious cocktail for one where the jam gives it deep fruit flavor and the jar serves as both shaker and glass, no special cocktail gear required. The jam is sweet enough that you won’t even need the simple syrup that a bramble cocktail usually needs for sweetness.
