This is a major upgrade to a fruit salad. I love to lay all different kinds of fruit and citrus on a board and let people create their own combinations! The hot honey yogurt perfectly complements the natural sweetness of the fruit.

Ingredients
- 1 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- Assorted fruit for serving (clementines, grapefruit, strawberries, blueberries, dragon fruit, passionfruit, kiwi, raspberries, kumquats, horned melon)
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Add the honey and red pepper flakes to a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then turn off the heat and add the apple cider vinegar. Let the hot honey cool, then strain it into a jar and store at room temperature.
- Peel and slice the fruit as desired. Arrange on a platter, starting with the larger pieces and filling in with smaller fruits and berries.
- Mix your desired amount of hot honey with the Greek yogurt and serve with the fruit platter.
