Ingredients
- 4 cups tomato juice
- 2 cups clam-tomato juice, such as Clamato
- 2 cups gold tequila
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 3 or 4 dashes hot sauce
- 3 or 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 10 cans Mexican lager beer
- Ice, for serving
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the tomato juice, clam-tomato juice, tequila, lime juice, horseradish, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.
- In a small shallow dish, whisk to combine the salt and chili powder.
- Dip glass rims in the salt mixture to coat. Fill glasses with ice, then fill halfway with tomato-tequila mixture. Top off with beer and serve.
