Reviews
This recipe is not good at all. It had a horrible texture to it, was really gritty. I have made other fruit soups that are wonderful but I DO NOT recommend this one!
The Cantelope fruit soup was very easy to make, but the flavors were bland making the end result just ok. Also, it would have been better served as an apertif or for dessert instead of a regular soup course.
This was only ok. I wasn’t too happy with how it turned out.
its a great light desert for after a heavy meal

It was Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It could have been my cantelope just wasn’t ripe enough, but this didn’t work out for us. We had to keep adding more cantelope to make it thick, but then it tasted like it needed more pineapple juice. Blended the leftovers with more pineapple juice & ice and made smoothie.
wonderful chilled fruit soup on a warm summer evening! Very, Very easy to prepare. We enjoyed it!
