Reviews
Just made this for dipping strawberries and also for the top of a chocolate cake. Easy to make and was delicious! I only wish I found this years ago.
How do you keep the chocolate from going flat where it lays on the paper?

Not only are these delicious, they’re easy to make and make a big impression! I just love Ina!!!
So good and easy! Doubling this recipe made enough for 37 strawberries of varying size.
Great recipe! Easy enough for my toddler to help out, which he loved (being careful around the double boiler, of course). After about an hour we started to sample them and I found that the chocolate hadn’t formed a shell like it might with commercially-made dipped strawberries. I’m not sure if the shell is supposed to be there, but I think maybe a little time in the fridge could help. With that being said, these babies are still glorious at room temperature. Will definitely make again!
So delicious!! I tripled the recipe and added about 3 T of amaretto to the chocolate. I also sprinkled some with toasted coconut and some with crushed pecans. I liked how the chocolate stay soft, so it didn’t all break when you bit it into it.
