Easy easy recipe. I would suggest using 2 packets of the Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning. One wasn’t enough.

I made this last night for my hubby and I and he loved it and he is picky about his pork chops. We had it with buttered noodles and peas.Instead of making it in the oven i tried making it in my Sharper Wave Oven and it turned out delicious. Going to give the seasoning a try on a pork roast some time just to experiment.

I followed the instructions regarding cooking time. The chops came out medium and had to be cooked for an additonal 10 minutes. The flavor was not that good.
I scrapped this receipe.

It’s hard to find a recipe that I can get all 3 of my kids to like and this in one of them! Saved the day.

Holy mackerel! I had no great expectations for this ultra-simple recipe. But the chops came out very tasty and joooo-cy! I had fairly thick chops so I ended up having to increase cooking time another 5-8 min. to reach a perfect 160 on the thermometer. Easy. Fast. Do it!

The pork chops were delicious! The dish was very easy to prepare and cook. They go well with mashed potatoes and green beans.
