Rosé Sangria

This chilled rosé sangria gets a summery twist with fresh berries and watermelon, making it a simple party favorite.

Ingredients

  1. 1 pound fresh strawberries
  2. 1 pound seedless watermelon
  3. 1 (12 ounce) package fresh raspberries
  4. 2 (750 milliliter) bottles rosé wine
  5. ¾ cup white vermouth
  6. ¼ cup honey
  7. 1 sprig fresh basil leaves
  8. 3 (12 fluid ounce) cans chilled cucumber-flavored sparkling water, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut strawberries in half and watermelon into chunks, or use a melon baller.
  2. Combine strawberries, watermelon, and raspberries in a large bowl. Pour rosé, vermouth, and honey into a large pitcher and stir until honey dissolves. Add 1/2 of the fruit and basil. Place pitcher and remaining fruit in a refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
  3. Scoop a large spoonful of cold fruit into the bottom of glasses; add sangria and sparkling cucumber water to taste.
