Ingredients

  1. 4 all beef hot dogs in natural casing
  2. 4 hot dog buns
  3. 4 tablespoons relish
  4. 2 tablespoons chopped raw white onion
  5. 12 sport peppers
  6. Yellow mustard, for topping

Instructions

  1. Grill, steam or boil the hot dogs, and then place them in the buns. Top each with 1 tablespoon relish, 1/2 tablespoon white onion, 3 sport peppers and some yellow mustard.

Makes me miss Chicago!  Yummy but even better with narrow wedges of tomatoes!  Either way, it’s great!!
