Superb! Best mojito ever!
Best mojito! This recipe adds coconut milk and basil which takes it over the top! Plus fresh pineapple for garnish . Love it! Thanks Bobby for another great recipe.
Bobby I absolutely loved your mojito!
Anytime I make it for friends at the parties, they loved the twist of coconut milk in this drink.
Definitely trying all of your mixed drink recipes!!!
P.S. my friend is your BIGEST FAN!!
I tried Cindy’s version with the coconut rum and t was delicious!
I love this recipe! A regular mojito seems so plain now! I have tweaked the ingredients a tad to Coconut Rum instead of Coconut milk which is hard to find in Northeast Ohio. This also increases the alcohol content which is a plus!
I made this mojito for my dinner club and it was a hit. The extra flavor of the ginger and basil was a good twist on a traditional mojito and went well with our Asian themed dinner. I did leave off the coconut milk as it didn’t look appetizing on top of the drink. Other than that, it was great.
DELISH!
The most unusual Mojito I’ve had, pretty good though!
Regular basil works, too. I really liked the updated taste of the basil and ginger. And, yes, he also used pineapple on TV. Terrific summer drink!
The Drink on the show WON the competion and he off the cuff named it The Throw Down at the Pure. It included pineapple so I hope they throw it up on the website…JB
