I love this festive cocktail, not only because it’s delicious, but also because it’s incredibly easy to make. I like to drop some pomegranate seeds in the bottom of the glass, insert a rosemary sprig, and skewer some fresh cranberries on a cocktail pick to make it extra special.

This is easy and delicious! Made the base ahead and topped with the fizz at the party. Only made one alteration—dropped some orange rind in the base and added a piece of rind to the garnish. Big hit!
