Ingredients
- 1/2 cup light rum
- 1/2 cup dark rum
- 1/2 cup passionfruit juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon grenadine
- One 750-milliliter bottle dry sparkling wine, chilled
- Maraschino cherries, for garnish
Instructions
- Mix together the light and dark rums, passionfruit juice, orange juice and grenadine in a pitcher. Fill champagne flutes about a third of the way with the juice mixture. Top off with the sparkling wine and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
