Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup light rum
  2. 1/2 cup dark rum
  3. 1/2 cup passionfruit juice
  4. 1/2 cup orange juice
  5. 1 tablespoon grenadine
  6. One 750-milliliter bottle dry sparkling wine, chilled
  7. Maraschino cherries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix together the light and dark rums, passionfruit juice, orange juice and grenadine in a pitcher. Fill champagne flutes about a third of the way with the juice mixture. Top off with the sparkling wine and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
